Dave Yang, CFA, Director
Dave has over 8 years’ experience in business and financial valuation service, business consulting and M&A advisory service in Hong Kong and China. He became a CFA charter-holder in his early stage of professional career. He has participated in numerous valuations of businesses and financial instruments in M&A deals, Pre-IPO and debt & equity financing for publicly listed and private companies. He was involved with a wide variety of industries including mining, natural resources, renewable energy, e-commerce platforms, electric vehicles, tourism, banking & financial services, entertainment and multimedia, throughout different countries and regions, including China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Australia and Kazakhstan.
Leung Kar Fai, Director
Kar Fai has more than 15 years of experience in the industry of natural resources globally, including China, SE Asia, Central Asia, Mid-East and Africa. He has hands-on and extensive experience in cash-flow modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence, capital raising, M&A deals and IPOs management. He was the Hong Kong-based technical representative of Behre Dolbear which acted as the technical advisor to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on new listing rules for natural resources companies (Chapter 18). In 2014, he was appointed as the Non-Executive Director of Future Bright Mining (Hong Kong Stock Code: 2212), advising on mining- as well as Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)-related issues. In 2015, he was appointed as the Independent Non-Executive Director of North Mining Shares (Hong Kong Stock Code: 433).
